Regulatory announcements

Bloomsbury is pleased to announce that Baroness Lola Young of Hornsey will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2021. Baroness Young will also become a member of the Nomination Committee. 

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R.
