Results of AGM and EGM

At the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Bloomsbury held today, all resolutions put to the meetings were duly passed.

It is anticipated that dealings in the new ordinary shares (following the four for one share sub-division) will commence on Monday 30 June 2003.
