Dealing by a Director

Bloomsbury Publishing Plc announces that Mr Richard Charkin, an Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 3,667 Ordinary Shares of 1.25p each in the Company at a price of £1.35 per share. Following this purchase, Mr Charkin has a total holding of 12,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company (0.016% of the total issued share capital).
