Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for a blocklisting of securities in respect of 700,000 Ordinary Shares of 1.25p each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, are being issued in connection with 2005 Bloomsbury Performance Share Plan. It is expected that Admission will become effective on 26 March 2010.
