Notification of Interests of Directors

Bloomsbury announces that grants have been made to the Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 1.25p each ("Shares").

On 5 June 2008 the Company made the following awards of Shares ("Awards") under the Bloomsbury Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave"):
