Notice of Annual General Meeting and 2005 Annual Report

Bloomsbury today announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will be held at 12.00 noon on 29 June 2006 at 37 Soho Square, London W1D 3QZ. The Notice of AGM and 2005 Annual Report has been posted to shareholders and a copy submitted to the UK Listing Authority where it will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
